Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor. Her most famous role was that of Skyler on the AMC drama Breaking Bad. She won Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Performance in Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. She played Jean Ward and Martha Bullock and Martha Bullock, respectively, on The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in the year 1968. Her passion for performing in Preparatory School before moving to Ohio with her family in late 1970s. Her studies in theatre took place at Northwestern University. A semester was taken at the British American Drama Academy. Anna started out in Chicago performing in stage role for several years. Then she moved to Hollywood and began acting in movies and television shows. Anna was cast as Arden on Down the Shore in the 29-episode series Down the Shore. As a guest-star, Anna was on Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. Then it was only in the latter part of 1990 that she took on the role of The Practice. Martha Bullock, a character she played for two years in Deadwood's second season. Skyler was Her Breaking Bad role from 2008. Sully was another of her characters. Gunn is also a part of the stages in David Schwimmer's show Sex With Strangers. She also had a role in the play Numbered Day. It is an audio-based podcast that consists of four audio plays. Breaking Bad's story is usually driven by the relationship that exists between Walter White, his wife Skyler and their strained relationship. The degrading of this relationship is akin to Walter White's last years.
